Matthew serves as the Executive Director of AWPHD. He leads the organization in all aspects of the organization as it strives to “Support, strengthen and provide value to Washington’s Public Hospital Districts through advocacy, education and services.” Under the leadership of the AWPHD Board of Directors, Matthew partners with WSHA to drive policy issues and advocate for the effective governance and operations of public hospital districts across the State of Washington.

Joanna is responsible for implementing the strategic initiatives to enhance the membership experience. Joanna will take ownership of strategic projects to support the membership, advance the annual goals of AWPHD, and provide administrative leadership.

Rebecca provides comprehensive administrative and professional support to the needs of the Association. Rebecca maintains a high level of knowledge of AWPHD administrative teamwork flows, policies, and procedures. Rebecca owns the coordination of office operations including organizing, managing calendars, handling travel arrangements, reimbursements and providing support to the Board, Executive and Finance Committee meetings.
